Hey, I'm Kelsey Anderson - founder of Jeraa Marketing, proud systems nerd, and your go-to gal when you're ready to stop duct-taping your business together.
I've been immersed in the world of service-based businesses and wellness care for most of my life. Growing up, I worked alongside my dad, a small-town pharmacist who showed me how much power there is in genuine connection and doing business the right way - with heart.
That early experience sparked a lifelong love for helping small businesses grow without losing what makes them special.
My Path (Spoiler: It Wasn't Linear)
I started off cleaning hotel rooms as soon as I was old enough to work.
Then I worked alongside my dad as a pharmacy tech (and filled in there well into my late 20's
I moved into banking - first as a teller, then personal banker, then a teller supervisor - where I got to know our local business owners up close.
From there, I spent 7 years inside a provider-owned clinic, holding roles in registration, business operations, staff training, and eventually managing the registration department.
Throughout the years, I also had the chance to dip my toes into helping the marketing departments - bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping execute from the inside.
Eventually, I joined a software company and fell hard for marketing and automation - especially the kind that delivers real results.
When the pandemic hit, I took the opportunity to level up. I dove into digital marketing, Meta ads, automation, and the wild world of online growth strategies.
After a few too many "this is way harder than it should be" moments, I knew I could build something better.... Something simpler.
That's when Jeraa Marketing was born.
